Pros

Work from home. That's all.

Cons

Working for this company out of necessity and have exceptional performance reviews. The rare salary increase of 3-4% is across the board, regardless of performance. Management keeps announcing the company income but employees can not relate to this success because there's no benefit to them. HR has also allowed the hiring of a relative of a team leader which is against HR policies. Maybe they just choose which policies to enforce and turn a blind eye.

Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

Cons

Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
