Pros

Good environment, full of nice and kind co-worker and with teamwork. Benefits and compensation is also good. I am lucky to have a good manager and our office is new and beautiful over looking the city.

Cons

Not much of the downside, I just found a particular irony with how the Finance and HR work as there are still some manual process going on like the overtime report and the night differential which can be done automatically using our time-in and out, this is ironic as Infor is a software company.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
