      A pay check. Some exceptional people .

      Cons

      Quite frankly the most badly run UK software business .Headed up by a narcissistic non self aware over agressive VP who divides the company alienates partners and through actions and behaviourdiscourages good people to go the extra inch...never mind mile. One goes to sell to customers who are waiting for you to ask for money back. Shockingly bad software team leadership. Beyond belief and so 1950s. The results speak for themselves.very very view achieve target.

      Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

      Pros

      Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

      Cons

      A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
