Pros

Flexible time. Good working environment. Option to apply for tele-commuting plan. Deployment to other countries such as US and Europe is rampant and a good way to save up money from allowances. Per Diem allowance on deployment is good. US = 45USD per day; Europe = 45Euros. ROHQ rate for senior/manager level, meaning 15% tax shield. Quarterly Bonuses.

Cons

Salary is market standard or low. It has recently been getting toxic. More projects and few developers.

Pros

Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

Cons

Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
