      Pros

      Talented and friendly people in most areas, good facilities.

      Cons

      Bad training for new employees, no recognition for the hard work of the old ones, no career progression, no yearly salary reviews, but constant increase of the workload. Lack of communication between high up managers and most of the employees. HQ out of touch with offices in other regions. The company processes are slow, very bad for trading when the company motto is speed.

      Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

      Pros

      Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

      Cons

      A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
