Pros

Nice facilities, fairly casual dress requirements, easy place to coast for slackers - No consequences to being a mediocre or worse employee - Farily stable environment unless you're sales - nice annual Christmas party

Cons

No recognition of working above and beyond to cover headcount shortages, No point in doing a good job as recognition is non existent - great for slackers but not so great for hard workers with a a decent work ethic. Managers have no power whatsoever - Staff descions are made at head office in the US who have no idea what goes on in Europe. No pay reviews, very rare increases, no real development for employees. Very American attitude of " if you dont' like it get out". No advantage whatsoever by excelling at your job. No development, no career progression ( unless VP level level or part of core US team) Great place for people are poor time keepers, excessive users of sick leave and job shirkers.

Pros

Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

Cons

Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
