Investors come first. Buying more software companies second. Employees? Not sure where they rank. - Product Consultant Infor Employee Review

Pros

Consistent engagements keep us employed. Reasonably good software products that meet needs in their niches. Some products do very well, some don't.

Cons

Salary increases non-existent for several years; bonus structure 'tweaked' down in a big way; many logical enhancements to software are denied; travel benefits reduced - no airline clubs, mandated hotels, mandated travel agent that costs more than other means. No real encouragement for lateral or upward moves (no real 'program' in place as I've seen in other companies).

Pros

Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

Cons

Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
