Pros

Very few. The workforce is very good though many are leaving to pastures new. They pay on time and provide good medical health plan and pension scheme.

Cons

No career progression. No salary reviews. Appraisals are done every 2 or 3 years and it is pretty much up to your manager. HR is a joke. They don't care and don't even make the effort to look like they do. IT are lazy gits that expect you to do their work. Management is appalling and they expect you to work as needed. No overtime is ever paid and no word of gratitude/recognition for one's work is ever said. You can easily be mediocre and you'll be fine. And you will be required to work Bank Holidays and Weekends with no extra pay.

Pros

Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

Cons

Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
