Pros

The lower management level tries its best to solve problems with the resources it has, and shields the reps as much as it can.

Cons

The company is trying to go IPO and bringing in former Oracle people to mirror what they are doing. With that said, all metrics and actions are designed to fit a public company....hr perspective not taken into consideration.

Pros

Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

Cons

Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
