Pros

25 days of PTO. Flexible work schedule. Casual work environment. Ability to work from home.

Cons

Underpaid for industry. Raises are small and infrequent. Almost impossible to actually take PTO AND meet bonus quotas without having to make up the time. Overtime is frequently requested with no guarantee of additional compensation. Company direction and management constantly changing; no stability. The general direction seems to be outsourcing more work to India.

Pros

Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

Cons

Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
