Pros

There are mazing colleagues who support each other. While many of the client can be challenging, so many others are delightful.

Cons

Management is useless and salaries are completely out of scope. After almost 3 years and no increases it isn't easy to stay motivated. Performance reviews had no meaning and no metrics to demonstrate real value. Authentic appreciation and acknowledgment isn't present. Communication is extensive but also not meaningful about things employees care about. It really is ALL about the senior management team and the road to IPO/Sale. it's obvious so just say it.

Pros

Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

Cons

Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
