      In such a research-oriented role, I was happy with the degree of autonomy granted to carry out my job duties using my knowledge and expertise. Compensation was fair.

      Cons

      Expectations on performance were not always clear. New business strategy of greater Infor seems to value short-term cost-cutting rather than long-term business success and caring for its employees.

      Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

      Pros

      Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

      Cons

      A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
