      Only benefit is working remote

      Where to start: 1. Too many chefs in the kitchen 2. Only promote Koch employees who have sucked up enough at Koch to move them to the Koch's new acquisition. 3. Unrealistic bonus structure (unless youre a VP, SVP, or EVP I'm sure 4. Expect the PM to own everything and be rated by a client scorecard 5. Product development and product leadership sucks PERIOD. The finance product could be light years ahead with open minded ownership. 6.leaders talk how great the company is doing, only to not bonus the worker bees 7. Leadership is unethical, liars who only care about themselves

      Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

      Pros

      Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

      Cons

      A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
