Thank you for sharing your experience working at Infor. It's great to hear that the company provides good allowances, healthcare benefits, and training opportunities for employees. While the base pay may not be on the higher end of the industry, it's wonderful to know that there are other valuable benefits. It's also interesting to note that Infor has an established tech stack. While this may limit the room for experimenting with new technologies, it can also provide stability and expertise in existing systems. Overall, your insights are appreciated and will surely be helpful for others considering working at Infor. #TeamInfor

Pros

Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

Cons

Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
