      Pros

      Great place to work, average salary comparing to market value, nice people, some workflows are old fashion depending on which product you are.

      Cons

      Non Czech speakers can face some push back from some members, some reports to manager can be taken as joke instead of dealing with it seriously, company don’t organize any activities to help socializing and build team spirit, no annual reviews and no feedbacks unless you ask for, yearly raises depends on your personality and how much you give the team because there is no performance measurement, even though the instructions comes from the US side to do such measures but some managers dont like to do that

      Great company to work for. Flexible. Great mentors and access to leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership changes frequently Infor has a few "focus" industries - its best to be in one of those lines of business if you want to maximize sales compensation.

      Pros

      Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

      Cons

      A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
