Pros
work-life balance in our team. hybrid work setup, still depends on your manager. manageable workload. I love the wellness leave. VL and SLs. I'm glad I signed up for their retirement plan.
Cons
no improvement on compensation and benefits. conducts surveys but when you give honest feedback, they'll find a way to find you and get back on you. They do, they look up the department and drill down to the team. Some managers/directors will mark you not-for-rehire when you leave them despite proper handover.
