Nowadays work life balance is not good.

The team was good before few years ago. The Micro management of work has started. If you have worked hard for 364 days even actively responding during holidays, if you are out of sync one day , that one day is considered while explaining why you are not given good hike or why you are not promoted. No value for talent. Age matters for promotion. Halo and Horn's affect
