      Pros

      Company exceeding targets with great momentum with new sales leaders. New channel program and strategy delivering excellent results. Experienced channel sales SVP is making a tremendous impact on the business. Great to have leaders in channel sales that motivate and reward employees that deliver results.

      Cons

      Not a public company and stock options not offered to non executives. Great that the corporate bonus is now being paid!
