Pros

Informatica is a great place to work with benefits that are competitive across the different regions and markets. Its chilled environment and flexibility, despite of the high expectations and demands, provides a great opportunity to balance work and life. Great and competitive products which makes us proud to work with. The overall compensation is, generally, above average.

Cons

The company is not expanding as fast as other companies on some regions, which kind of limits the opportunities. Depending on the team/Department one may end up stuck with the same old and tedious tasks. The salary raise policy may cause the monetary compensation to become outdated mainly on high inflation or high demanding regions where skilled professionals may end up leaving the company to get a salary raise. Mid-level managers are not always the best fit.
