Pros

First off the hiring process was extremely fast and efficient. Might be a case of right place right time, but I was pleasantly surprised. The benefits are noticeably better than my previous company. My manager is engaged and very supportive. The products are solid and there seems to be strong demand for them in the marketplace. There is lots to learn and I feel hopeful for a long and rewarding career here.

Cons

Like any technology company, and I've worked for my fair share, it can get a bit convoluted grasping all the different products, versions and implementation options. Informatica acquires companies, and at least for awhile, those new products can add to the complexity. That said, Informatica is at least focused on Data, not everything under the sun, which I believe is crucial for their current and future success.
