Pros
Informatica offers a very including, helpful and humble community. The level of knowledge is very high and a lot of seasoned professionals. Very high standard from a employees perspective with fantastic opportunity to earn good money, pension and warrants.
Cons
Onboarding process is very comprehensive but during the new life in Corona its all done digital and not onsite in US. Hence its hard to keep up and understand. There is a information overload in the support tools and somewhat hard to understand which and what material to work with. It all comes down to take a lot of personal responsibility.
