Pros
- Excellent team culture with people who really do care about their work - Well organized corporate structure, with good emphasis on "ease of use", be it the company's products or internal services - The two levels of management above me really do seem to be genuinely caring about our workloads and well-being.
Cons
While the compensation is fairly decent, the health benefits are only average. And the remote work-from-home benefits are sub-par in my opinion (especially compared to other high tech companies. (Low allowance for home office furniture, no reimbursement of home internet, no cell phone perks.)
