Pros

Cons
1. Little less number of paid leaves compared to industry, 25 leaves(all inclusive of paid and sick leaves), and 2 optional leaves apart from the 8 mandatory govt holidays. 2. Since teams are spread across the globe, might need to take meetings at odd hours(early morning and late nights), however, that can be compensated by the flexi work hours.
