Pros
Data management industry good place to be. Salary levels usually good as company compete with SAP, Oracle and IBM but needs to pay more to attract talent
Cons
A constant organizational reshuffle, it seems there is struggle to attract and keep talent. Could be that Informaticas golden years are now over as enterprise software sales decline. Informatica just sold in a leveraged financial buy-out so existing owners are cashing while valuation is strong. No success so far in getting a hold on Big Data market.
