      One of the best reason is the culture in Informatica, Teams working together and many focus on the costumer, to win the projects

      Cons

      Informatica Business language is with many short cuts, takes time to learn. Training of new hire (Infaready) - will be nice to have more coming together for the trainings, instead of doing the trainings allow on the laptop
