Pros

1) The interview is easy and you're very likely to be hired. 2) The training goes on for a while and is all done remotely so you don't need to immediately move to the new location.

Cons

1) You need to find a project to work on after training. You need to be actively looking and willing to relocate to get a project quickly. If you spend too long without a project, then you will be laid off. Happened to a few of my cohorts in my training group. 2) Your pay is adjusted if you relocate. My project was in LA but my home location was Sunnyvale, so after official relocating for my project my pay was cut by $3/hr.

Pros

Some employees are genuinely hardworking and dedicated, while others seem to get by primarily on their networking and communication skills rather than the quality of their work. Career growth often appears to depend more on office politics than on performance. If you're good at building the right relationships and navigating internal politics, you'll likely do well here.

Cons

If you're not someone who focuses on pleasing the right people, don't expect a healthy work-life balance, meaningful pay hikes, or fair promotion opportunities. Recognition and career growth often seem to depend more on favoritism than on performance.
