Pros
-you could meet some really nice people -salary is ok -work life balance depends on the project and client.
Cons
-performing is not rewarded -performance review is not done as it should, feedback is almost inexistent, no mid year meetup, no clear discussions about what objectives should be followed -hybrid push -benching system is applied but is mostly used to bully people, people on bench are not reskilled there is not plan for them, most of them learn random stuff on the internal platform, no effort is invested in them until they are pushed out -really hard to get promoted -no repercussion to some people who don't do anything -ai push is visible
