Pros

Facilities are just awesome at infosys, if you are trying for a laid back job, when at 6 pm you can go and play squash, or do swimming, it's a great place to work for.

Cons

It's a really bad place to work, if you are a workaholic and just want to move ahead in your career, without giving into the temptations of the facilities that infosys provide, and anyways Infosys has taken out all the CCD coffee machines that used to dispense smoking hot coffee.

Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Cons

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies.
