Pros

Infosys has transparency in all matters whether with employees or clients. Infosys stands for certain values and they try their best to stand by them. Infosys training programme for freshers is really good and helpful. The training can turn any naive person into a talented software professional. Infosys is still India's second largest company inspite of going through a rough phase. The infrastructure and gym facilties etc are really very good and best among all IT companies in India.

Cons

The work culture is not so good. The present situation looks gloomy. The present utilization of employees has dropped to 65-70% . At several DCs ,people are on bench for a long period. There are rules and system to be followed for every issue whether big or small. The dress code has to be strictly adhered. Freshers are not much cared for once they join production post training. They spend more for infrastructure than spending on employees.Laterals are hired at higher salaries while Infoscions belonging to the same level are paid less. Its going through its worst phase ever.

Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Cons

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen.
