Pros

Great campus. Good training. Enough time if you want to prepare for further studies while not wanting to waste a year.

Cons

Everything is left to luck. If you are lucky, you don't have to be good. Excellent people from good institutions and with good training results get placed into bpo projects and people with the least knowledge make it to good teams and even onsite. The company rules and regulations are flawed and hollowed. The system is in place to correct things, but the system itself is so flawed, its of no help. Recruits well over requirement and getting upto a year of bench is no suprise.
