Pros
good company to start as a fresher, you will have a really good training there in Mysore, very good infrastructure, well maintained campuses, transparency in different processes, well maintained its intranet applications, internal technical trainings are good, company has very good library and E&R dept. overall if you are looking this comp from outside, looks terrific.... no doubt.
Cons
as you become 2-3 years there in Infosys and you are not lucky enough to get onsite, this whole place will be like a hell. your salary compared to industry will be low, you will have 100s of policies to follow, you will suddenly feel you higher management does not there to listen you. Overall you will feel like you are screwed here, get some other place to have fresh air...
