No presence in North and East India.... Stupid and nonsense policies like Certifications, 9.15 hr.... No Technical Challenges for a Technical Company.... Politics... No encouragement whatsoever... They will take any stupid work and will involve people of higher capabilities to do labour work... e.g. I once saw a Designer do a Production Support Job... sad Middle management is one of the poorest... No of employees has blown out... No growth... Poor Salaries... Mailbox will be full of stupid mails from company itself... Lack of class... Stress given on completing certification and not completing the work and the quality of work... No wonder within a month 10000 experienced employees has resigned from Infosys... It has become one of the worst company to work for...
