Pros

I left Infosys in 2009, but the last year at employer isn't showing that value, hence mentioned 2025 there. Infy is a wonderful company and it remains in your hearts and minds forever, or at least for a crazily long time. The company and its senior staff members support you at each and every level, and give you maximal opportunities to shine through. But of course, you need to stick for a larger period to reach a competitive salary and/or to get a promotion, specially because its a service based company.

Cons

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen.
