Misguided top-level management with no clear vision for achieving success. Lower than average wages. Ridiculous raises (1-2%) once every other year. Frequent cuts, virtually no job security. Very high turnover. Total lack of appreciation and recognition of the employees' contributions. No career outlook for senior team members. Non-existent talent development and retention policy. The coaching process is a joke and never leads anywhere.
