Pros
They take care of their boats and people. Ingram has done a great job fixing these boats up! Good benefits Good bonuses Paid travel for wheelman, not sure about deckhands. Multiple hitch rotations
Cons
Haven't worked here long but so far there's nothing I don't like. Its a little messy but Anything wrong is from the previous owner of Cheryl K. Once we get the boats to spec everything will be great!
