Pros
My manager is awesome. Daily calls to see if there are any big issues. This helps with the department being on the same page. Local GM is great to work with. His supervisors not so much Yearly Bonuses.
Cons
Local Techs do 90 percent of the network and server work but we get no credit. If network devices go down Local IT is constantly blamed even if it's a device that other Engineers handled. The SR operations manager at this location is a nightmare to deal with. Will go out of his way to argue with and give you a hard time. Spend more than half my day arguing about IT policies. Yearly raise could be higher.
