Pros

Diverse work environment , climate controlled. Generally they promote from within. However, this is more cost driven than a reward based.

Cons

Work life balance, underpaid, lack of opportunities for advancement , high turnover rate, the account management team really dictates daily operations not Operations Sr. management. Most functions are not systems driven but, need a course of manual processes to get the daily requirements completed. Seems as though they are constantly reacting and not being proactive. Reactions seems to always be to throw more man hours at an issue. Supervisors usually put in 60+ hr weeks, without any form of additional compensation.

Pros

A structured early onboarding process. Super friendly people. Internal teams seem to be very tight but also open and accepting of newbies.

Cons

Onboarding process is high level and may not reflect specific job responsibilities. Bridge to BU (second level onboarding could be more structured)
