Pros
Work life balance is okay but not great. There are some genuine nice individuals to work with.
Cons
Where do I even start? Disgusting work environment, constant turnover of employees and management, unorganized at every level of the organization. Incompetent HR senior leadership (CHRO), VERY toxic work culture among EAs, The main individual causing all of the toxicity, stays around and is allowed to continue with bad behavior. Poor communication from HR. I have never worked in a more chaotic, toxic, and frustrating environment. HR doesn't care about morale at all and turns a blind eye to issues rather than dealing with them.
