paperwork is a little tiresome but it teaches you to stay organized

-Really excellent company to work for and it allows you to learn many aspects of how a company is run (purchasing, estimating, engineering, customer service, accounting, production scheduling, manufacturing) -lots of work and people are always looking to make some improvements

-Sometimes the the group becomes focused on the near term solutions -Be ready to work hard and long hours: management expects a lot but will also give you a lot of opportunities to learn and grow
