      Pros

      If I’m being completely honest, there were none. Overworked. Underpaid. Team boosting meetings consisted of “Work harder, do more, we’ll get there some day.”

      Cons

      Turnaround is ridiculous. Moral support from management is lacking. Bonus program is only good if you’re upper management.

      Can wear many hats; lots of encouragement to propose ideas and projects.

      Cons

      Mobility upwards is very slow, the company overall trends to trend on the older side, very little young talent.
