Pros
Very little except the PACE model of treatment is a wonderful idea.
Cons
For profit company that likes to pocket the profits. Top heavy with managers who don't do much except make policy that they will never need to follow. Manages are insulated from negative, toxic work environment. Constantly understaffed and insist staff make up for it vs hiring staff. Bullying by other employees, when you complain they become your supervisor and your work life becomes horrible. Corporate too far away from most of the centers and really rely on management which is shady at best. They have no clue on how bad it is (so they say). Raises are inconsistent, merit raises. Only for workers who make the money. I'm sure managements is guaranteed or at least their bonus have to be because it appeared that less and less was being spent on the participants. I wanted to give no stars to some of the categories but I had to answer the question.
