They offer 2 year contract with penalty which shows their culture is unbearable so they have to keep people with contract Old school mindset,like a government office Low salary, low side benefits

Pros

Very hands-on internship experience. Mostly comprised of people with talent and experience in their area; always open to help interns get a hang of their job.

Cons

Too much traffic when leaving after work hours. Sometimes the air conditioner gets too cold. Also it gets very warm when the air conditioning isn't on.
