Good people, interesting work, working in the defense sector lends to be exciting at times. The owners of the company show a genuine interest in the company and the employees.

Cons

The company used to be very focused in a niche market. The last couple of years have shown an increased push on process development and organization training. The focus on the customer and quality software seem to have taken a backseat.

Many opportunities, challenging, steady work. Company encourages learning. Coworkers are top-notch. Smart managers. Excellent accreditations. Company was recently acquired, and the new parent company is solid, with good management. Very process oriented. Contributes to the Greater Good.

Cons

The ranks have thinned in the last couple of months; the company was acquired several months ago and a few people left. The workload hasn’t changed, and it’s hard to find qualified people quickly.
