The company culture is great. People are listened to and empowered to do their jobs and grow in their careers, the company genuinely cares about their customers and employees, and healthcare benefits are very good.

Cons

- Salaries are not competitive, consistently below average. - Only 2 weeks of parental leave is not enough, very outdated structure. - Company vision changes often, not always clear where we are headed. - Office is very outdated.
