Pros

Maintains a small company culture where senior management is accessible and an employee can influence/change process and outcomes whilst continuing to grow. Offers opportunity for creativity and growth. Key individuals within the organization are a pleasure to work for/with and can really motivate a team.

Cons

Renumeration and training can be lacking

Pros

Inoapps is a remarkable organization with outstanding team members who demonstrate professionalism at the highest level. Whether it was during the interview process or through subsequent communications, the level of courtesy and respect extended to me was exceptional. I have no doubt that Inoapps will continue to grow in leaps and bounds as well as set new benchmarks for success in the future.

Pros

Remote Work Work Flexibility HR team 👍

Cons

Higher attrition rate at senior level positions. I have seen innovative people working at senior level and seen leaving them in a month because of no projects. Andy (CEO) keep talking about initiatives but nothing at ground. No goodies, No hike, No appraisal, No Job security No expertise in Oracle.
