Inoapps is a private cloud company that's developing ground breaking IP software in this space. Very cool to be involved as this company revolutionizes how we utilize cloud-based ERP applications.

Cons

The usual grind of implementation projects. Not always pleasant, but you can feel the place getting leaner and cleaner with each move senior management makes.

Inoapps is a remarkable organization with outstanding team members who demonstrate professionalism at the highest level. Whether it was during the interview process or through subsequent communications, the level of courtesy and respect extended to me was exceptional. I have no doubt that Inoapps will continue to grow in leaps and bounds as well as set new benchmarks for success in the future.

Remote Work Work Flexibility HR team 👍

Cons

Higher attrition rate at senior level positions. I have seen innovative people working at senior level and seen leaving them in a month because of no projects. Andy (CEO) keep talking about initiatives but nothing at ground. No goodies, No hike, No appraisal, No Job security No expertise in Oracle.
