Pros
It's unfortunate, but very little pros.
Cons
1) Management quick to blame staff and openly bully. 2) Pays less than the market rate and pay slips arrive late, after pay day! 3) No pay rises. 4) No PDR's "it's not part of the company policy" ( to encourage staff development! ) 5) No pension. 6) If your works not billable don't expect to be there long. 7) If your work is billable expect to be watched like a hawk & you will appear on the "naughty list" if you don't complete your time sheets. 8) Very little respect for client or staff, It's all about the money. 9) Expect calls on your days off. 10) Don't expect overtime payment. 11) High turnover of staff tells the story.
