Pros

There are plenty of opportunities to gain knowledge and experience in areas that you wouldn't gain working for a large multi-national. Roll up your sleeves and get stuck in mentality.

Cons

No major challenges, although I would like to see management have more backbone when dealing with clients and their incessant demands and also show more appreciation to lower level staff.

Pros

Inoapps is a remarkable organization with outstanding team members who demonstrate professionalism at the highest level. Whether it was during the interview process or through subsequent communications, the level of courtesy and respect extended to me was exceptional. I have no doubt that Inoapps will continue to grow in leaps and bounds as well as set new benchmarks for success in the future.

Pros

Remote Work Work Flexibility HR team 👍

Cons

Higher attrition rate at senior level positions. I have seen innovative people working at senior level and seen leaving them in a month because of no projects. Andy (CEO) keep talking about initiatives but nothing at ground. No goodies, No hike, No appraisal, No Job security No expertise in Oracle.
