Excellent training & up skilling throughout time in business Working with new technology and a wide range of companies Good Pension & annual leave allowance

Cons

Not all employees understand the ethos of the business and as a result cause friction for other employees - you need to be flexible.

Inoapps is a remarkable organization with outstanding team members who demonstrate professionalism at the highest level. Whether it was during the interview process or through subsequent communications, the level of courtesy and respect extended to me was exceptional. I have no doubt that Inoapps will continue to grow in leaps and bounds as well as set new benchmarks for success in the future.

Remote Work Work Flexibility HR team 👍

Cons

Higher attrition rate at senior level positions. I have seen innovative people working at senior level and seen leaving them in a month because of no projects. Andy (CEO) keep talking about initiatives but nothing at ground. No goodies, No hike, No appraisal, No Job security No expertise in Oracle.
