Pros
Most of the staff is super nice. People always greet you warmly when you walk in the hallways of the hospital and you see they really mean it. I have also been very impressed with the new RN program training. Everything has been so organized and to the point and the staff really cares about their new employees' learning and development. They treat all their contract employees as their own employees and I have felt the support. Finally, just a very nice atmosphere.
Cons
The pay could be a lot better. Virginia area is too expensive for the amount we get paid. However, they do offer opportunities for bonuses and there is a better amount of differential pay after certain hours.
